The price for each trek is based on the itinerary and group size, and can be modified based on needs, personal interests and time availability of trekkers. We will always tailor any trek as per clients’ requests taking into account:

• Additional activities with the appropriate cost adjustments.
• The cost is based on number of trekkers, guides and porters.
• The cost will be adjusted if the itinerary is changed or modified.
• In case of delays due to weather, cancelled flights or unforeseeable events, additional charges may apply.
• All prices below are estimated quotes that will change depending on the number of trekking days, group size, trekking area and circuit.

Trekking package includes:

• Arrival and departure transfers to and from international as well as domestic airports.
• 3 nights in Kathmandu hotel with breakfast plan.
• Teahouse accommodation on twin sharing basis, including 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner-tea) per person during the trek.
• 15 kg (33 lbs) baggage allowance for trekking per person carried by porter(s). Please pack lightly to make it comfortable for the porters.
• Waterproof duffel bag will be borrowed to keep your gear. Trekkers will bring their own small day pack with personal items required during the day.
• Experienced trekking guide with national level license.
• All park fees and permits required for the trekking/climbing area.
• All wages for Compassion Trekking staff.
• Domestic flights.
• Service charge and government taxes levied in Nepal.

Trekking package excludes:

• Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu (except farewell dinner).
• Personal items: laundry service, wifi, trekking gear, battery charge, alcohol and additional snacks.
• Tips to guides and porters.
• Any additional trekking gear required.
• International air ticket and Nepal tourist visa fee.
